I opted to keep my foam wreath white since my color scheme was on the lighter side. This way, if any part of the form peeks through, it won’t be as obvious. NOTE: prior to gluing on the pom poms, you may want to cover the foam wreath using ribbon or piece of felt in a similar color to your pom poms. Once you have your pom poms finished and trimmed, start gluing them onto the wreath form in a staggered pattern. I also made a few smaller 2 inch pom poms in an accent color for a bit more visual interest. For a larger wreath, make larger pom poms. For a smaller wreath, make smaller pom poms. But this will depend on the overall size of your wreath form. I recommend making larger pom poms, around 3-4 inches in diameter, for better coverage.
